1. Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay with credit card?
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.
2. Is my credit card information going to be kept safe?
All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway powered by PayPal. Math Buddy does not get access to credit card or any kind of personal information that you may enter when paying with your credit card.
3. How long does it take for my account to become active after I sign up?
Once you sign up and pay using a credit card, you will receive a mail containing the activation key. You can activate your account immediately after you receive the key.
4. How long is the subscription valid?
The subscription is valid for 1 calendar year (12 months) from the date of activation of the account.
5. Can I sign up for a classroom account for less than 30 students?
Absolutely. The price of the subscription is $299 for a classroom and provides accounts for up to 30 students.
6. Can I add more than 30 students to my classroom account?
Yes. You can add additional students (beyond 30 students) to your classroom account at $10 per student.
7. As a teacher, will I get access to Math Buddy?
With every classroom subscription, we offer one Teacher account which in addition to providing access to Activities, Worksheets and Assessments, offers comprehensive reports on how the students are performing in Math Buddy.
8. Why do I need to enter so many details for signing up?
The details that you enter during the sign up helps us customize your Math Buddy experience. For example, we use your State information to provide a view of activities aligned to your specific state standards.
